🤍 Our 2026 starts really strong 🤍

We’re kicking off the year with our first collaboration of 2026, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.
Four Wheel Coffee Roasters has officially started a new collaboration with , who is now our main milk supplier 🥛✨

Milk is a key ingredient behind many of your favorite drinks — from perfectly balanced cappuccinos, cortados, and lattes, to smooth flat whites and clean, silky latte art. With Dukat, we’ve found a partner that aligns with our values of quality, consistency, and daily precision, helping us get the best out of every coffee we serve.

This collaboration allows our baristas to work with milk they trust, so every cup meets the standard we aim for — every single day.

Here’s to a strong start of 2026 and many great cups ahead ☕

2025 — what a year. ☕🔥

2025 pushed us, shaped us, and reminded us why we do this in the first place at Four Wheel Coffee Roasters.

This year was about focus, intention, and precision.

We simplified our sourcing, leaned fully into seasonality, and chose to work with fewer origins — but go much deeper with each one. Working closely with helped us build a more transparent and intentional approach, with coffees that truly made sense for the moment they were in.

Behind the roaster, we took a big step forward.
By implementing .official , we significantly increased the quality and consistency of our roasts — better data, clearer decisions, tighter control, and cups that taste exactly how they should, every single time.

After so many years of working with La Marzocco espresso machines, a personal highlight finally happened — visiting the . Seeing the craftsmanship and philosophy behind the machines we use every day was a powerful reminder that learning never stops.

We also stepped onto the competition stage — twice.

🥉 3rd place at the
🏆 Champions again at the Barcaffè Barista Cup, defending last year’s title.

And one of the proudest moments of the year —
☀️ Our very first . Hot weather, cold drinks, loud music, serious milk skills, and unreal community energy.

Seeing good friend , sharing moments with people who’ve been part of this journey for years, and finally meeting some of the people we’ve looked up to for so long is what keeps us pushing further.

2025 reminded us that growth doesn’t always mean more.
Sometimes it means doing fewer things, better.

Thank you for riding with us.
2026 is coming in hot. 🚀💛

✨ WINTER WONDERBREW RETURNS THIS WEEK — WITH A HUGE UPDATE! ✨

Our favourite winter tradition is back, and this year’s Winter WonderBrew has a brand-new story.
Instead of the classic Brazil–Costa Rica–Colombia trio, we’re taking things to another level with one beautiful Brazilian coffee and three Colombian lots — including two stunning Geisha coffees from Los Patios.

These exceptional Colombians bring layers of sweetness, florals, and warm spice tones, creating a cup that feels like wrapping your hands around winter itself. ❄️☕️
Smooth, sweet, and with those familiar festive vibes that make WonderBrew… well, wonderful.

A small heads-up:
Demand is high and our stock is limited, so make sure to grab your WonderBrew on time — you don’t want to miss this year’s upgraded edition.

Stay warm and sip happy,
Four Wheel Coffee Roasters 🚗✨

🎅✨ Winter WonderBrew is back — but with a twist! ✨❄️

Last year, our winter blend made a last-minute entrance and still went viral faster than we ever expected. This year, we’re doing things differently: on time, ready, and just a little mysterious.

Here’s what we can tell you:
☕ It’s still got that cozy, cinnamon-cookie magic you fell in love with.
☕ It’s still a limited edition — once it’s gone, it’s gone.
☕ But the recipe? This year it’s changed. One Brazil, two Colombians… and the rest is staying in Santa’s bag for now. 🎁

The full reveal is coming soon. Until then, get ready — Winter WonderBrew 2025 is about to make your holidays a whole lot warmer.

🇪🇹 Laayyoo Natural – Ethiopia 🇪🇹

This coffee holds a special place in our story — it was the very first Ethiopian lot we ever roasted. We’re grateful to have discovered and Ture Waji – The King of Guji through our friends at , and even more grateful to keep working with them today.

From the breathtaking highlands of Teraga, Oromia (2200–2350m), Laayyoo is produced by outgrower farmers and crafted at Haro Wachu drying station under Ture’s leadership.

Why “Laayyoo”?
It’s named after an indigenous tree whose deep roots feed the soil with rich nutrients, providing shade and natural fertilizer for the coffee plants.

Two Drying Styles, One Vision for Quality
Ture and his team follow strict drying protocols to bring out the best in each bean:

Single Layer (max 4cm) – Ture’s signature clean-drying method, producing a silky mouthfeel, vibrant acidity, and juicy fruit.

Double Layer (max 8cm) – slower drying for a bolder, winey complexity, expertly managed to avoid defects.

Both methods take 21–28 days, ensuring layered sweetness and a clean cup.

About Ture Waji
Visitors to Guji often speak of his unmatched passion for quality and deep commitment to his community. Over the years, Sookoo Coffee has become known not only for exceptional lots, but also for impactful projects — from pre-harvest loans and a woman-first policy at stations, to building a school and improving local infrastructure. Ture’s vision blends coffee excellence with meaningful change.

Expect Laayyoo to shine in the cup with a silky texture, bright fruit, and a touch of winey depth — a true taste of Guji.

New Arrival: Gichathaini Natural – Nyeri, Kenya

We’ve just added a completely new origin to our lineup — straight from the red volcanic soils of Nyeri, 1,700–1,800 m above sea level. This Gichathaini Natural comes from 900 smallholder farmers of the Gikanda Farmers’ Cooperative, blending SL 28, SL 34, and Ruiru 11 varieties, naturally processed for vibrant sweetness and sparkling clarity.

Bursting with tropical fruits like papaya, mango, and pineapple, every sip carries the sunshine of Mt. Kenya’s slopes. The name Gichathaini comes from muchatha, a local medicinal plant, reflecting the deep cultural roots behind this coffee. With fertile soil, steady rainfall, and generations of farming tradition, this is Kenyan coffee at its most vibrant. 🌱☕

Since Day 1 behind the roaster in 2018, Rok—and Coffers Direct—have believed in my specialty‑coffee vision. Season after season, our partnership and friendship have deepened. Together, we’ve brought beans from the slopes of Caparaó to the roaster’s drum, united by a single ambition: the perfect cup.

The Caparaó region typically sees its harvest from May through December, at elevations between 1,100–1,350 m, with slow cherry maturation and uniquely complex flavor development thanks to its microclimates

After much unexpected—but ultimately beneficial—rain in May, June, and early July, the past 25 days in Serra do Caparaó were sunny and dry—ideal for uniform natural processing and consistent drying.

As August arrived, harvesting began at 1,200–1,300 m altitude, and we carefully sorted exceptional lots. We expect to ship these extraordinary naturals within a week, arriving to clients in late September

We’re thrilled with the quality—particularly the Bourbon, Catucai 785, Caturra, and Catuai 44 varieties. This year, we leaned into Catuai 44 and Catucai 785 to capture the character of Caparaó terroir—Caramelo, Coletivo, and our new Caramelo Selection single-varietal lot.

Through floods, frosts, strange droughts—nothing stopped us from pursuing excellence. And now, with this unique microlot from Serra do Caparaó on the horizon, we feel more confident than ever.

Huge thanks to & family for trusting this journey since 2018, season after season. Through every weather setback, our mission stayed clear: quality, sustainability, and the relentless pursuit of the perfect cup.

Here’s to many more vibrant seasons of flavor, friendship—and what’s next. ☕🌱

🎯 Consistency = Quality
Since we started using .official , the way we roast — and the quality in the cup — has levelled up.

We recently did 15 back-to-back roasts of our Brazilian beans, and the results were incredibly consistent.
✅ Even development across all batches
✅ Stable, sweet, clean cups every time
✅ Tight extraction on espresso with balanced structure
✅ No unexpected flavor shifts — just the classic Brazil profile we dialed in

Before Firescope, it was easy to feel when something was off, but hard to explain why. Now, we can see every detail — ROR shifts, charge temp changes, development time, airflow — and react with intention.

It’s more than just pretty curves on a screen. It’s a feedback loop that’s helping us make better coffee, with more clarity and confidence — batch after batch.

🔥 Less guessing. More control. Better coffee.

🌱 Why You’ll See Fewer Origins at Four Wheel

We’ve changed the way we buy coffee.
From now on, we’re only sourcing what’s in season — and that means fewer origins, chosen more intentionally.

This isn’t about having less. It’s about offering only what’s fresh.
Fresh crop coffees taste brighter, more expressive, and simply better.

We’re doing this together with our sourcing partners at , who share our commitment to quality, seasonality, and transparency.

Very soon, our lineup will feature the latest harvests from this year’s coffee season.
No leftovers. No off-season stock. Just coffees that are at their best.

And one more thing...

We’re bringing in a completely new origin — something we’ve never served before.
Any guesses? Drop them in the comments 👇

Thanks for riding with us. Taste the seasons — the Four Wheel way.
