Dear friends and clients, we announce that we decided to bring restaurant Bistrò Jolly to the next level, move forward and start an exciting adventure with a brand new business, I Love Istria Apartments!
We will be in charge to guarantee the comfort of your future holidays with cozy rooms and apartments in the best locations in Istria! You will find our new B&B Lavanda on the same spot where the restaurant was. We also offer an independent small house in the countryside with barbecue and volley camp and a big family apartment with private terrace and sea view. You can also find us on Booking.com. Today we present you Ćevapi, a national grilled specialty and one of the most famous Balkan brands abroad. Ćevap is a small (5 cm) dumpling made of minced meat, with the addition of garlic, onion and different spices. During summer nothing gives you more strenght and energy than a generous plate of this delicious meat with fresh salad or french fries! Yummy!
