“Dragi moji,

Nagrada Grada Opatije za mene ima posebno značenje, pogotovo ove godine kada obilježavamo 40 godina restorana Ružmarin.

Ovo priznanje nije samo moje, ono pripada svima nama; mojoj obitelji, našem timu i svima vama koji ste bili uz nas svih ovih godina.

Ugostiteljstvo nije lagan put, a opstati četiri desetljeća još je veći izazov. Uspjeli smo jer smo uvijek vjerovali da možemo biti bolji nego jučer. Vodila nas je jasna vizija, ali i želja da zajednici vratimo barem dio onoga što je ona dala nama.

I dalje ćemo biti ovdje, za Opatiju, za Opatijce i za sve naše goste. Pred nama su novi projekti, novi izazovi i nova prilika da zajedno stvaramo još ljepšu priču.

Ako sam kroz sve ove godine nešto naučio, onda je to da nema predaje i da se dobro uvijek dobrim vraća.
