Monday in our kitchen begins with a beef carpaccio, complemented by fresh arugula and our chef’s signature sauces. The perfect introduction to the gastronomic experience awaiting you this week. 🥩✨

Did you know how this delicacy got its name? The legendary Giuseppe Cipriani created it in Venice in 1950, inspired by the paintings of the famous Renaissance artist Vittore Carpaccio, renowned for their vivid red and white tones. 🎨

Honouring this tradition, we prepare every plate according to the original recipe, paying special attention to detail and presentation. We open the doors of our terrace and invite you to start the new week with exceptional culinary creations from our menu.
