In July 2016, what was once an early 20th century luxury villa was renovated into the first four-star hotel in Labin. All rooms come equipped with satellite TV, telephones, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. The hotel has its own restaurant, which offers a wide selection of dishes, including local specialities made with fish, prawns, Istrian prosciutto, asparagus, porcini mushrooms and truffles. Guests also have at their disposal saunas and a well-stocked wine cellar.
