Naša Vinica nikada nije bila samo konoba, već i mjesto susreta, uspomena, okusa i ljudi.

S toplijim vremenom nekako se vrati i želja za domaćim morskim specijalitetima. Crni rižot je baš jedan od njih. Nije možda prvi izbor za bijelu košulju, ali za dobar ručak itekako jest. 😄

Iza te boje stoji crnilo sipe, a iza okusa riža, vino, češnjak, maslinovo ulje i dovoljno vremena da se sve lijepo sjedini.

With warmer weather, the craving for homemade seafood specialties somehow returns. Black risotto is definitely one of them. It may not be the first choice for a white shirt, but for a good lunch, it certainly is. 😄

Behind that color is cuttlefish ink, and behind the flavor are rice, wine, garlic, olive oil and just enough time for everything to come together nicely.

Iza svega što radimo stoji jednostavna želja: očuvati ono što volimo i podijeliti to s drugima. Ono što stvaramo želimo nastaviti prenositi kroz obitelj i nove generacije, a osjećaj koji nas svakodnevno veže uz ovaj posao želimo prenijeti i na naše goste i to kroz domaću hranu, toplinu našeg doma i tradiciju koja se u našoj obitelji čuva iz generacije u generaciju. ❤️
