For more than three decades, Buffet Škola has been a place where good food, familiar faces, and local traditions come together around the table.
Our signature platter brings together some of the flavours we love most - carefully selected prosciutto, aged cheese, fresh greens, pickled vegetables, roasted almonds, and sweet notes of onion jam, all finished with a touch of rosemary and local character.
Many things have changed over the years, but our philosophy remains the same: simple ingredients, honest flavours, and food meant to be shared.
