This Week at RIBC

Fish Sandwich all week! Locally sourced red snapper, beer battered and fried in coconut oil, served with coleslaw and kettle chips.

This weekend: Jerk Chicken. IPA-marinated chicken, slow cooked and finished on the grill, served with coconut rice & beans, curry potatoes, mango slaw, and mutton pepper cabbage.

Mango season has arrived! We've officially designated a Mango-Free Parking Area because this year's mangos are the biggest we've ever seen. Park wisely.

Hot Chicken Sandwiches this weekend at RIBC. Crispy chicken marinated in pickle juice, topped with our IPA relish, and pickles, served with kettle chips, and coleslaw.

While you’re here why not take some home? our Spicy IPA Tomato Relish — sweet, lightly spicy, with a citrusy finish from an infusion of our RIBC Citrus IPA.

We’re also gearing up for Mango Fest 2026 in West End. The trees are filling out, and mango season is coming in strong. Stay tuned for details on our Mango Madness seasonals.

Pulled Pork sandwiches, Smoked 3-2-1 Ribs, and Mango season is almost here...

Just a Heads up: We just brewed a batch of our New England IPA base in preparation for the return of the ever popular seasonal favorite — Mango Raw Hazy NEIPA. Should be ready in about 3 weeks! Fresh mangoes are starting to show up around the island, and we’re gearing up for a big batch just in time for Mango Fest 2026.

Meanwhile, the kitchen is rolling this week with pulled pork sandwiches stacked high and loaded with flavor. Then this weekend we’re firing up the smoker for 3-2-1 ribs — low, slow, and exactly how they should be.

Cobb Salad is the weekly special for those looking for something a little lighter between beers.

And the cooler by the door just got an upgrade.

Mix & Match 4-packs are now fully stocked — grab any combination of canned favorites to go. We’ve got 10 different beers and hard seltzers available, plus Cream Soda in cans now too. More releases are on the way soon.

Bring mom to the Market. Reubens Wed–Fri, fried meat all weekend, and Craft Market for Mother’s Day Sunday — make a day of it.

We’re more than beer… On tap: Cream Soda, Soursop Soda, Kombucha, Hard Seltzer, Hard Cider. Full bar, wine, and plenty of non-alcoholic options for kids. There’s something for everyone.

The Reuben is back Wednesday through Friday — stacked corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian sauce on toasted marble rye. Exactly what you want with a cold beer.

Weekend rolls in with fried meat, done right — marinated pork rib tips, mutton pepper dipping sauce, and well-seasoned fried plantains.

Two crowd favorites, back on the menu this week. Today's the last day for a Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. Saturday and Sunday - Beef Birria Tacos: slow-cooked, cheesy, griddled tacos with that perfect crispy finish.

Greek Week starts TODAY! - We’re celebrating Greek Easter all week with "The Greek Special" — your choice of authentic Pork Gyro or Chicken Souvlaki, served with lemon potatoes, keftethes, spanakopita, Greek salad, and tzatziki. Big Mediterranean flavor, right here in the tropical valley.

Available Wednesday through Sunday, 11am to 5pm.
And Of course Greek Salad is our salad special of the week.
