The last weekend of Diamond Hill Restaurant is coming up, and it's going to be an exciting one! 😍

Our 'nasty-creative' Head Chef 👨‍🍳 goes wild through all that he has left in the kitchen:

The last week of Diamond Hill Restaurant is coming up, and it's going to be a big one.

We'll be re-opening in September 2022, but not without a farewell celebration!

That being said, the last week will be filled with some amazing food before we close up shop.

Our Head Chef is going back home - of course, to run the summer season at his second most favorite place (after Roatan!) - you guessed it - the Czech Republic 🚀

But what happens if all the great dishes on our menu go away?

You don't have any other choice than to stay tuned 🔥🔥 because we're coming out with an announcement soon enough ;)

it happened again - the delicious roast beef with truffle mayonnaise and pickled red onion is gone for this weekend!

Andreas - Head Chef got to move fast in order to re-create offer, so now you can find at his store until Sunday:

Octopus carpaccio. 🐙

Scalops served up alongside broccoli cream 🥦sauce (which he made himself).

The Diamond Hill Restaurant has the best steaks 🥩 around!

And this is our head Chef's comment on that we've been selling out of our RIB-EYE steaks - the last 4 in the store..

"I bet you're excited to try the new ANGUS FLANK STEAK! 🥩🍷It is the best we've ever had. We've been waiting for it, and now that we have some extra space in our menu, thanks to all of your ordered RIB-EYE steaks - they were a huge hit - let's do it."

The taste is incredible. ANGUS FLANK STEAKS are so juicy and tender, they literally melt in your mouth. The flavor burst with each cut of this steak is absolutely delicious!
