All of our food is special, but sometimes certain meals are just more special than others! Our specials are designed to reflect the changing seasons, feature fresh, seasonal ingredients, and to give both local customers and visitors the opportunity to try new, different, and tasty fare. Our Technique

At Lamma Grill, we are passionate about the food we serve. We strive to deliver the highest quality dishes through the constant refinement of our cooking techniques, using the sous-vide method, and a relentless attention to detail. Sous-vide is the method of slowly cooking meat in vacuum sealed bags in a temperature controlled water bath for an extended period of time. This creates perfectly and evenly cooked items, with the end result being jucier, safer, and tastier food. Just try our ribs and see the difference this makes!
