為慶祝母親節Chotto Maki 又有新搞作啦!

香濃既忌廉芝士搭配上豐富的油脂三文魚，經過炸至香脆的既處理。再將蟹柳同芝士均勻鋪係上面，然後將佢燒到完美融化。依個組合絕對係令人食指大動，難以抗拒。

To celebrate Mother’s Day, Chotto Maki has a new creation!

A rich cream cheese paired with indulgent fatty salmon, fried to a crispy perfection. Then, crab sticks and cheese are evenly layered on top and melted to perfection. This combination is absolutely irresistible and hard to resist.

Chotto Maki announces the forthcoming closure of its Central shop effective the end of February 2024. This decision has been extremely difficult, and our team is thankful for the support and loyalty of our valued customers and supporters in the Central area over the past six years. While bidding farewell to the Central community, we remain committed to serving our customers and will continue to offer our popular Canadian inspired creative sushi rolls at our Wan Chai location. We look forward to exploring future opportunities to serve the Central community in the near future.

In expressing our gratitude to our beloved supporters, our Central shop will offer 15% off entire bill from Feb 19 to Feb 29.

Chotto Maki 宣布將於 2024 年 2 月底結束營業並關閉中環分店。這一決定經過慎重考慮，我們的團隊衷心感謝過去六年來中環地區忠實顧客和支持者的支持與忠誠。雖然我們要向中環社區告別，但客人依然可以到灣仔分店繼續享用我們的加拿大風味創意壽司捲。我們期待未來有機會再次為中環社區服務，並將持續探索相關機會。
