The Valentine’s Day Dinner ($788) will take your breath away right from the beginning with delightful Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Ball with Figs Salad and Tomato Crab Bisque. Also on the choice of main are Baked Fillet of Spain Turbot stuffed with Crevette Roses and Pan-fried U.S. Flank Steak with Pommery Sauce; and a Basque Burnt Cheesecake for dessert.
