We heard you missed the spicy one. The Kung Bao Prawn is back - and yes, it still knows how to bring the heat. 🌶️🍤

's Kung Bao and chilli sauce meets mozzarella, juicy prawns, bell pepper and purple onion on our Neapolitan crust. Crunchy peanuts and whole red dried chillies finish every slice with a hit of texture and spice.

Back on the menu and ready for another round.

那份香辣美味，聽說你們開始想念了。「The Kung Bao Prawn」薄餅回來了，依然一貫的迷人🌶️🍤

，碰上⾺蘇⾥拉芝⼠、鮮嫩的大蝦、甜椒與紫洋蔥，全鋪在拿坡里餅底上，再綴以花生與辣椒乾，每一片都帶著香脆口感與辣意。

There’s a very good reason to leave some sauce on the plate.

Cod and prawn croquettes come out crisp and golden, ready to be dipped into our fresh gremolata sauce. 🐟🍤

Garlicky, herby and zesty, it cuts through the richness of the croquettes beautifully. Just don’t expect the sauce to survive the table. 🌿

讓醬汁留在盤上，當然是有原因的。

When two pizza kitchens get together, things get busy. Chef Lorenzo of joined us on 11 September for a guest shift, bringing a taste of Melbourne to Hong Kong with three collaboration pizzas. 🔥🍕

From the first pizza stretch to the last plate, it was a full night in the kitchen. Thanks to SHOP 225 for making the trip, and to everyone who came hungry.

Missed the party? The three pizzas are still available at Vesu until 11 October — with more collaborations on the way. 📆

當兩個薄餅主廚於廚房相遇，火花總是四濺。9月11日，，將墨爾本風味帶到香港，於一夜呈獻三款聯乘薄餅🔥🍕

A blistered crust, a chewy centre and just enough char to keep your hands reaching back for the box. 🍕

Suddenly, someone’s asking who took the last piece. Better order accordingly.
