FISH BY FISH 🐟🐟🐟

Let’s begin 2024 with a blast! We have some exciting news to share with you! Towards the end of this month, Gabriel will be in the house with local fish raised by Alex from (yes..! raised like babies). 🌊

As many of you may already know, Chef Gabriel is highly sought-after and can be quite difficult to book. With the background working alongside Michelin starred chefs like Pierre Gagnaire and Nicolas Boutin, Gabriel has developed his own unique Nordic cuisine. Additionally, we are so excited to collaborate with , known for their sustainable fish farming practices, resulting in healthy and delicious fish and seafood.

With the two talented friends, we will be presenting a 5-course menu featuring local seafood and INTERVAL’s beloved sourdough (including another special local seafood pizza!).

At the end of September, we will team up with .pizza , one of the best-kept secret pizza shop from Singapore 🇸🇬, and our buddy, , for a two-night event at INTERVAL Farmacy at Cyberport! 🔥

With the two other pizza geeks, we'll be combining elements from our different origins, featuring slow-fermented sourdough (a mix of our secret recipes!😎), experimental flavor combinations, and our custom-built wood-fired pizza oven from 🔥 It's a collaboration that has us bursting with excitement!
