We’re looking for experienced F&B leaders who are energetic, hands-on, and customer-focused. You’ll manage daily operations, stock, and staff scheduling while building and motivating a great team.

Our central kitchen supports Knead stores and catering across Hong Kong.

Meet our founder, Joosje 👋
Dutch‑born and raised, she grew up on bread and Gouda 🧀 At 25, she moved to Hong Kong to study hospitality and quickly fell in love with the city’s energy, nature, and food scene 🇭🇰
Fourteen years later, Hong Kong is still home.

What started as a craving for a great sandwich turned into KNEAD in 2016 🥪 Built on fresh ingredients, made‑to‑order food, and the joy of shared moments✨
