Continuing Chef Julien Tongourian’s French GourMay creation inspired by the flavours of Savoie, Les Morilles brings together the rich earthy aroma of morels with delicate Savoy cheese ravioli, further elevated by sommelier-selected Savoie wines and a graceful touch of Génépi — an elegant expression of terroir and seasonality.
This long weekend marks one of the final opportunities to savour this limited seasonal creation.
