Hi大家！好耐無見！雖然Relish暫時休業，但我地仍然好努力搜羅緊世界各地嘅精品咖啡俾大家。近排從澳洲購買到這隻巴西2013 CoE late harvest冠軍豆，經由澳洲5 senses烘焙到一爆初段。這隻豆有別於一般巴西豆給人一種比較平實的感覺，帶有出色的水果調，柑橘蔗糖味豐富，囗感清爽！係一隻能夠令人改變對傳統巴西豆觀念的精品咖啡！

很多人習慣喝牛奶咖啡，但有否嘗試過將黑咖啡與冰牛奶分開來喝，會有意想不到的味覺震撼！先喝一口不加糖的熱咖啡，吞下後再喝一口冰牛奶，會驚覺牛奶的甜味與乳酪香氣大增，遠比兩者混合後再喝更有風味！各位朋友下次可以一試喔！
