不經不覺,阿旺在大安已經生活兩年了,她完美的肥了兩圈😆 阿旺的青梅竹馬B女也被成功安排領養,在新家過著充滿愛又溫暖的生活。

[阿旺與B女]
大安鄰近油麻地果欄,這個區幾乎每家店都會養貓,阿旺與B女也是在同一個生果倉長大。接手大安後,我們漸漸與這對經常徘徊在街上的兩姐弟成了朋友,任摸唔嬲的B女以往更是大安的常客,常常走過來「打躉」。🐱
2024年3月的一個晚上阿旺意外抓傷生果倉新員工,果欄老闆決定阿旺不可再住倉內。經過了一輪掙扎和鄰近寵物店的幫忙,一個月後我們把阿旺收養了😌也許來自街貓的超強適應力,這隻小不點不到三天已融入新環境,員工也給予了很多愛和安全感,阿旺性格也變得溫和許多,仍然不太黏人的他卻會慢熱地去認識陌生人,這兩年應該在大安認識不少新的人類朋友☺️
兩姐弟分開住後,我們仍然非常關心喜歡在街上闖蕩的B女,2025年3月她突然暴瘦許多,我們帶她去看獸醫,發現她患上難以根治的口腔炎,影響了她的食慾和吸收,只能夠長期服類固醇和止痛藥去穩定病情。餵街貓服藥其實有一定難度,所以我十分感謝沙肥貓 在這個時候伸出援手,感謝您付出的耐性和時間,在B女被領養前的時間幫忙在茫茫果欄找她🙏🏻

一開始找 是覺得她畫的貓貓和茶餐廳主題跟大安好夾✨感謝她把阿旺和貌似B女的伙記貓貼在大門兩邊,他們兩姐弟已經很久沒有合體了🥲 的作品分享會到7月底,喜歡貓的你有空過來欣賞吧♥️感謝 批准我們用她的畫作推出了兩款貓貓杯和貓貓貼紙,為答謝 之前對B女的幫助, 商品部分收益將捐給沙肥貓作慈善用途,希望更多貓貓得到幫助可以得到幸福.

*題外話:四年前接手大安時候,我們在舊卡座上加了新軟墊,大家看到的破爛,其實是阿旺的功勞😅😅 阿旺有時都好惡🙂‍

We adopted “Ar Wong” about 2 years ago when she almost became a stray cat. She gets a lot fatter now in Tai On. Thanks @ for drawing Ar wong and thanks @ for the assistant when we helped ar wong’s best friend B LUI. Hope more cats can get a happier life with love.

大家成日都會懷念以前細個去過嘅茶餐廳,但偏偏好多都因為冇人接手、或者跟唔上時代而一間間結業。我地意識到,好多好靚嘅傳統,如果淨係一味守舊、唔去改變或者搵新嘅方式去延續,其實喺依個時代真係好難生存。

我唔想大安只係變成大家口中「又一間消失嘅集體回憶」。

所以我哋嘗試去改變,去研發新嘅飲品,甚至將大安嘅舊元素放落新嘅設計度。好多人覺得保留傳統就係要一模一樣,但對我地嚟講,真正嘅延續,是注入新嘅生命力,等佢可以喺現代繼續活落去。
可能過程要行一條唔容易嘅路,但只要可以將依份屬於香港嘅地道情懷留低、行落去,就一切都值得。

茶餐廳的特性是靈活多變,餐牌會隨著限制與需求變遷,考慮成本和效益的同時追求質素。正正以上幾樣特質,其實就是香港精神的彰顯。

好多人問我點解要嚟中環,其實由籌備到落實,我哋真係諗咗好耐。係求穩守喺舊舖,定係出去闖一闖?我揀咗後者。因為茶氷廳唔應該只係留喺回憶入面,更加應該出現喺呢個城市最熱鬧嘅地方。

呢幾日最感動嘅,係見到唔少熟面孔特登過嚟中環探我哋,甚至比我哋更加緊張。多謝晒你哋,係你哋令我知道,大安無論去到邊,嗰份連結都喺度。
目前 BaseHall 店嘅 Menu 我哋仲係不斷調整緊,希望可以磨合到一個最合適、最好嘅狀態畀大家。如果呢兩日有咩做得未夠完美嘅,請大家包涵,亦隨時同我哋講。

It’s been a wild few days, but we’re finally settled in. Tai On is officially open at BaseHall, Central.
We went back and forth for a long time on whether to take this leap. Stay safe, or go big? We chose to go big. Hong Kong’s “Bing Sutt” culture belongs in the heart of the city, not just in the history books.
Seeing familiar faces walk through these doors over the last few days has meant the world to us. Some of you were even more nervous than I was—thanks for having our back. It’s that connection that keeps us going.
We’re still fine-tuning the menu to get everything just right. If things aren’t 100% perfect yet, bear with us—we’re working on it.
