Here at Coconuts Thai, we follow traditional Isaan ways of cooking on grilled on embers , stewed or simply mixed (as in salads) with lots of herbs using organic and natural ingredients . Kindly note that the recipes we use are authentic: if you are not accustomed to spicy food it can still be a delicious experience . Traditional Isaan cooking, employing less oil or coconut milk is lower in fat content and consequently considered to be healthier than , say, that of central Thailand. The hand crafted broiler is 1.2 long 2 meters high which allows us to grill/roast the best and biggest joint accompanied by delicious Isaan Salads and Dips .
