Meet our Chef Patron, Sebastien Vong: A name synonymous with pho perfection in Hong Kong.

With Chinese roots and a quarter Vietnamese heritage, Sebastien’s culinary journey began in his grandmother’s Saigon kitchen, where he learned the secrets of crafting the perfect bowl of pho. At 25, he moved to Hong Kong, leaving behind a career in banking to pursue his true passion: bringing authentic, premium Vietnamese cuisine to the city.

In 2015, he opened Brass Spoon, and within one year, his dedication earned him a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Today, Brass Spoon is a culinary institution, a testament to Sebastien’s commitment to tradition, quality, and flavor.

從巴黎的街頭到香港繁華的美食天堂，Brass Spoon 創辦人Sebastien Vong 的旅程是一個關於傳承和熱情的故事。
