🌟托布希莊園（Hacienda Tobosi）
托布希莊園在哥斯大黎加的 COE競標中是常勝軍，曾多次奪得前三名甚至冠軍頭銜，他們以環境保護和文化習俗為基礎，他們會根據微氣候的環境測試以及嚴格的土壤分析，把不同的咖啡品種種在最適合的區塊，以確保咖啡樹能吸收到最精準的營養。同時，莊園非常強調「生產履歷完整公開」與環境永續保護。

這批咖啡豆托布希莊園採用了日曬處理法將整顆咖啡漿果連皮帶肉直接鋪在日曬棚架上乾燥，整個加工過程通常需要22至30天，使果肉的糖分與風味深度滲透到咖啡生豆中，過程將賦予咖啡濃鬱醇厚的複雜風味，口感順滑，帶有葡萄乾、蜂蜜、水果風味飽滿🍒、微醺的果酒風味，層次分明😋。

早前 Miss J 走進校園，與一群充滿熱情的家長們一起探索手沖咖啡的魅力。
從認識豆子到注水技巧，大家都認真聆聽！到了親自沖煮的時間，現場氣氛更加熱鬧，家長們一邊互相合作、一邊積極發問，那份為了「沖一杯好咖啡」的專注眼神，真的太迷人了。
看到大家最後品嚐到自己作品時的滿足笑容，這個中午過得特別有意義。謝謝每一位全情投入的家長！❤️

非常榮幸受 The Edible Projects 邀請😊，讓 Miss J 有機會為一班未來的專業咖啡師提供系統化的實務培訓。

培訓期間，學員們由淺入深地學習了咖啡沖煮理論與出品標準。最讓人動容的是大家的專注與熱忱，課堂上不僅展現了極高的投入度，更主動發問、踴躍互動，求知慾極強👍。

期待這群充滿潛力的未來咖啡師，在餐飲業界發光發熱，用咖啡傳遞溫度！💪💪

It was an honor to be invited by The Edible Projects to deliver a professional coffee training session for a group of aspiring baristas.

During the session, we teach coffee skill and beverage presentation standards to help the students deepen their craft. I was deeply impressed by their dedication and enthusiasm, their proactive questions and eager participation made the session incredibly dynamic.

It is incredibly rewarding to empower the next generation of talent, and I look forward to seeing these future baristas make their mark in the specialty coffee industry! ☕✨
