The Country of Origin Trail Run: Hong Kong is a 30km route on Lantau Island aimed at bringing teams from different nationalities together for a great day out on the trails. Teams must have three members from the same Nati
onality (same passports) of any gender combination - no age categories, but all male, female and mixed teams are welcome, with a preference for mixed teams. Your team MUST start, run and finish together - LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND! If you truly cannot form a team from the same nationality you may register a team from a different planet eg, Team Mars or an ancient civilisation eg. We will also accept Team EU and Team GB mixed nationality teams, but they will not be eligible to compete for podium results. The race is a semi-self supported run/hike, with three water/food stops along the way.
