Last week, .ChiWai and Chef Kanny joined the 17th for a special gala dinner.

Working alongside Chinese chefs from Vancouver, our team brought a taste of The Legacy House to the evening with handcrafted dim sum, sharing techniques, ideas, and plenty of time together in the kitchen.
