Empowered by over 33 years of experience, Chef Hung Chi Kwong of one-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Rùn, unveils the curated "Chef Hung's Omakase" menu uniquely for 2022 Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival – Chinese Omakese 2.0 with the theme “Heritage in Gourmet”
The menu includes six signature delicacies – highlighting Braised Abalone and Sea Cucumber with Abalone Sauce, Lobster Fried Rice with Sea Urchin Sauce and Seaweed, Double-boiled Pear and Peach Gum with Red Date and Fritillary Bulb
