🍷Weiser-Künstler is a tiny boutique winery based in Traben-Trarbach. It was founded in 2005 by Konstantin Weiser and Alexandra Künstler
They started by leasing just 1.8 hectares in Ellergrub and now farm around 4.5–4.6 hectares, almost exclusively Riesling. The estate is certified organic, and all work on the steep terraces is done by hand🧤
Ellergrub is their most important and prestigious vineyard. It is a steep, terraced slope on the Middle Mosel with blue/grey slate and quartzite inclusions. The vines are largely ungrafted (own-rooted) and often over 100 years old 🍇
Purity, focus, cool minerality with wet stone, herbal and lime notes, and excellent balance even when residual sugar is present

🍷 Pierre-Vincent Girardin is a 13th-generation Burgundian winemaker based in Meursault. He is the son of Vincent Girardin (whose domaine was largely sold in 2011–2012). Vincent retained some of the best family holdings (initially around 4.5 ha, including top sites like Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières) for his son.
Pierre launched his own label with the 2017 vintage at a very young age and has rapidly gained attention for pure, elegant, terroir-driven wines made with minimal intervention.

🍇He works organically/biodynamically where possible, sources additional high-quality fruit through family contacts and long-term grower relationships, and emphasizes whole-cluster fermentation for reds, indigenous yeasts, low new oak, and no fining or filtration.

Jacquère on a sunny beach just makes sense

Fresh, crisp, and beautifully mineral, it’s the kind of white wine that feels like sea breeze in a glass. Bright enough for the heat, clean enough for the sand, and effortless enough for long, slow afternoons by the water. 🍋🌊

**Domaine Dujac** is a highly regarded family-run estate in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, based in Morey-Saint-Denis. It is renowned for elegant, terroir-driven Pinot Noir (and some Chardonnay) wines that emphasize finesse, aromatic complexity, and aging potential.

Dujac practices organic farming (certified since 2011, with trials starting earlier) and incorporates biodynamic elements since 2003. Soils are worked mechanically (no herbicides), and they emphasize manual labor with a large team. Yields are kept low through practices like green harvesting when needed.

The style aims for minimal intervention to let terroir and vintage shine: perfumed, elegant reds with red fruit, floral notes, spice, minerality, and fine tannins

Kei Shiogai, a winemaker from Tokyo, relocated to Burgundy in 2014., studied viticulture and vinification in Beaune and Dijon, and worked at respected domaines including Pacalet, Rousseau, and Roulot before launching his own label in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. His style is low-intervention and terroir-driven: low yields, whole-cluster fermentation, indigenous yeasts, and minimal sulfites are central to his approach

Shiogai’s Pommard is a powerful yet refined expression of the appellation. It showcases dark fruit, structure, and polished tannins, instead of heavy rusticity. The wine features black fruit with red berries, green shiso leaves with a silky texture, fine tannins, and a long, savory finish
