Amongst all our dishes on the menu, there are a few which require a 72 hour pre order due to the marination process and time it takes to make.

These dishes are the following:
- Ho Lee Duck, Hoisin, Leek, Cucumbers, Mala Beef Sauce
- Master Stock Crispy Skin Pigeon, Spiced Salt
