Based on Chef Satoru's childhood experiences of the original Japanese curries from Osaka, he has perfected a unique combination of 26 spices. Tiger Curry offers many choices of pairings with the savoury, thick sauce including shabu shabu beef, pork katsu and grilled chicken, and four levels of spiciness to boot, from mild to positively burning hot for anyone who can stomach it. The chilled out vibe of the eatery is made apparent through its funky design. Mixing elements of Japanese pop culture with modern black and yellow features, Tiger Curry’s key design element is a three story high wall painted by local Hong Kong-based street artist 4Get, who is known internationally for his geometrical, abstract designs.
