The Canard à l'Orange is back on the à la carte menu after Mother's Day. Tender roasted duck breast, sweet carrots, and that perfect orange glaze.

雖然本來係母親節嘅限定菜式，不過因為太受歡迎，我哋決定將佢留低。
嫩滑鴨胸搭配甘荀，香烤後表皮微脆，最後淋上香橙醬汁，酸甜平衡，味道濃而不膩。
