The PIG is officially OUT! Join us on Saturday 26 January to celebrate the Year of the Pig and the launch of our 2019 Garage Greens urban farming programmes with a locally grown, plant based brunch.
By special invitation, our brunch will feature Peggy Chan from Grassroots Pantry who will break from tradition and use the IMPOSSIBLE Meat Product to create a one-off dumpling broth dish especially for PIGOUT! Peggy will share her expertise on food seasonality, holistic access to local produce, emphasizing the importance of supporting local farmers and help you understand just what you are getting from your meal. This is a one off CNY Brunch by Grassroots and won’t be repeated! You won’t find this dish anywhere else in Hong Kong so make sure you sign up for this unique experience!
