Established in October 2011 our first outlet opened in West Kowloon, it was named after a famous suburb of Australia and coincidently where company founder Kenneth Tang spent his childhood. Our mission is to provide an enjoyable dining experience offering delicious quality food and beverages, exceptional table service and value through astute sourcing. Great produce is the cornerstone of any good
food and we bring this philosophy to Bondi. Our menu is not a book; its one page that changes regularly in line with seasonal quality produce we can source. We make our own food, from sauces, to breads, to desserts and do NOT add MSG. Coffee is about sourcing high quality roasted beans, finding one of the finest grinders in the world, a coffee machine that can handle high volumes, and quality fresh milk. Most importantly, it’s about the barista who can put this together. Our thoroughly trained baristas make to order every cup, so you can simply enjoy the perfect cup. Drinking wine is an absolute joy, and at Bondi, I have over 20 years of working with wines, we have sourced quality wines of the world and bring them to you at sensible prices.
