After six years, the time has come to say goodbye.
We have loved welcoming, entertaining and feeding your every carnivorous inclination at our Soho home all along. Through riotous nights of revelry and seemingly endless hours of libation, we have memories to last a lifetime.
We’re grateful to our Meats team, past and present. Through grit, passion, service excellence and relentless commitment to Unconditional Hospitality, they have made Meats - a bold and unusual concept - not only a fixture on Staunton Street but also a beloved gem on the Hong Kong dining scene.
We’re also eternally grateful to you, our Guests, for the unending support. We will miss the conversations, laughter and shared experiences with our regulars, friends, and family.
Our last service is Sunday brunch on 9 July, and we will be permanently closed from 10 July onwards.
Join us for one last meal and one last toast to bid farewell to our beloved restaurant.
