Born and based in Hong Kong, Amber is in the heart of the city. We continuously explore beans from the best coffee growers in the world and closely work with our roaster to tailor made the flavour we love. We brew our coffee with passion to bring out the lovely character in the cup. Our Barista Dawn Chan won 2-time champion in Hong Kong Barista Championship and the 4th place in World Barista Champ

ionship. We not only serve you a cup of coffee, but aim at bringing you an intimate coffee experience. We love to share our coffee journey with you and are excited to hear the coffee story from you!

開店到現在已經差不多六年，仍然有很多人問我為什麼咖啡店叫做Amber？
這名字本來是預留給我已經離去的女兒，店名的其他解釋都是隨口亂說的
而今天決定要結業當然有很多不同的考慮
「租約期滿」就當給了大家一個解釋吧 — 本業不是從事飲食界能經營一間咖啡店六年，而中間夾雜了三年疫情，雖然賺不了大錢，都總算是對自己有所交代
當初純粹只是想唞唞氣，每天便到公司樓下咖啡店（舊Barista Jam）點一杯Mocha、吹吹水、打發時間，談不上對咖啡有濃厚的興趣
開了一個小小的玩笑，但最後竟然有了自己的咖啡店。這段時間，無論是社會或是個人層面，經歷了的實在太多。感謝Amber給了我深刻的回憶 — 認識了很多愛惜我們的顧客，碰上了一些不知所謂的景況，遇到了不少意想不到的奇事。想不到小小的咖啡店，也可以得到去泰國發展的機會
到了現在，我仍然不敢以一個咖啡人自居，就連烹調一杯簡單的咖啡與同事相比還是遠不及格。以為只是平平無奇的咖啡，其實是經過每位咖啡師不斷鑽研的結晶。真正了解過才知道香港的咖啡水平毫不簡單，可媲美世界，希望大家可以繼續支持香港大大小小的咖啡店
最後感激一直以來支持這間小店的各位，更加感激曾經為Amber付出過的每一位同事。沒有你們任何一位的幫忙（確確實實是曾經在Amber工作的每一位），這段旅程也走不到今天。最後特別感激太太這幾年來的支持和協助
雖然老土，但天下總無不散之筵席，24/2將會是Amber最後營業的一天，希望在這最後的兩星期仍有幸為你送上一杯咖啡
