The fun kicks off on Wednesday at , where the Farewell Tour continues with Chef ArChan joining for Crab Club, a fiery night of black pepper crab with dai pai d**g heat.

On Sunday, Father’s Day takes over the city with a hearty New York-Italian spread at , a quintessentially British afternoon at and a Father’s Day edition of Nawabi Brunch at .

After ten years of , it is time for a renewal.
 
Our Shelley Street home will take a short break from service this summer as Chef Teya returns home to explore her native Lebanon and the team sets out on a research trip of their own, gathering stories, flavours and a little bit of Middle Eastern magic to bring back to our hearth.

Pride is woven into Lebanese culture; pride in home, pride in heritage, pride in the way hospitality is expressed with every table set and every guest welcomed through the door. It lives in the details, in the generosity, in the feeling that when you arrive, you are someone that we are proud to look after.

This next chapter deserves the same care.

We will return this autumn with an even more abundant and beautiful expression of the bold flavours of Lebanon, from the smoke of the grill to the brightness of lemon, herbs and olive oil, with a renewed focus on the stories, spirit and hospitality that have always made our Maison feel like home.
 
In the meantime, you can still find your favourite shawarmas, mezzes and Lebanese comforts on foodpanda through Maison Libanaise Le Comptoir.

今年夏天,我們位於 Shelley Street 的家將會暫別服務一段短時間。Chef Teya 將回到她的家鄉黎巴嫩,而團隊亦會展開屬於自己的研究之旅,沿途收集故事、味道,以及一點點中東的魔法,帶回我們的爐火與餐桌之中。

自豪感,一直編織在黎巴嫩文化之中;對家的自豪,對傳統的自豪,對款待之道的自豪,都藏在每一張被細心擺好的餐桌、每一位被迎進門的客人之中。它存在於細節、慷慨與溫度裡,也存在於那種感覺:當你來到這裡,你就是我們真心以你為榮、並想好好照顧的人。

這個下一章,值得同樣的用心。

今年秋天,我們將會帶著更豐盛、更美麗的黎巴嫩風味回來。從炭火燒烤的煙燻香氣,到檸檬、香草與橄欖油的明亮清新,我們會以重新凝聚的焦點,呈現那些一直讓 Maison 像家一樣的故事、精神與待客之道。

Sport and community have always been a part of the Black Sheep story, because our values of Playing Big and Our Community First do not stop at the four walls of our restaurants.

And in that same spirit, we are excited to launch Peak Rise, your new monthly morning ritual with our friends from Dreams & Dreams, bringing together .hk, .hk and for a Saturday session of movement, focus, breakfast and connection high above the city.

The morning begins with enough movement to make you feel alive, before slipping into a grounding and meditation reset to clear the noise and put the weekend back in your hands. Then we gather on the terrace at FALCONE for a generous breakfast, fresh air and the best view of Hong Kong anywhere.

This is your excuse to leave the city bustle below, start the day with intention and earn the first meal of the weekend properly.

All month long, begins its farewell tour with a Greatest Hits menu celebrating the dishes, memories and Sri Lankan hospitality that nobody does like .

On Thursday, brings the best Block Party in town to IFC for a third birthday celebration in true Neapolitan spirit.

On Saturday, in collaboration with Dreams & Dreams, get a healthy start with an invigorating morning workout from .hk and grounding and meditation with .hk followed by breakfast at for Peak Rise, while hosts Hanoi Brunch, a celebration of Vietnamese flavour, and throws a Summer Rosé Block Party.

Across the weekend, fires up a sizzling feast of grilled Sichuan street food with the not-to-be-missed Grand Majestic Shao Kao Brunch.

Lastly, as we build the next iteration of and prepare to welcome you back this autumn, Maison Libanaise Le Comptoir will keep serving your favourite shawarmas, mezzes and Lebanese comforts on foodpanda all summer long.

June will be the final month of .

After eight years of hoppers, karis, kothus and more crabs than we can remember, it is time to celebrate a story that means so much to Black Sheep. All month long, we are going out loud with a greatest hits menu and a lineup of exciting collaborations with our chefs and to send off our little corner of Sri Lanka in Soho properly.

The story of Hotal Colombo has always been the story of Chef Gisela Alesbrook, affectionately known as Gizzy. Black Sheep’s very first team member, she has fed us, looked after us and became everyone’s mum along the way.

And for eight years, Hotal Colombo has given home to a cuisine rarely given the spotlight it deserves here, lovingly shaped by Chef Gizzy’s hands.

While we will lower the shutters on Elgin Street, Chef Gizzy is not going anywhere, and neither is our Sri Lankan story. There is more to come, with a new project to be announced soon.

Until then, come down, tear into a hopper, and join us in raising a glass to the woman who started it all.

Bravo, Gizzy. And thank you.

Start the week at for Mardi Rouge, a jubilant dinner featuring Chef John’s French bistro classics with the sounds of a live band bringing joie de vivre to the first Tuesday of every month.

On Thursday, sets sail on Il Nostro Viaggio, a journey through flavours from across the Mediterranean, while invites you to gather around the Tuscan Table for a dinner paying tribute to Florentine traditions, complete with heritage cuts and seasonal Tuscan ingredients.

On Saturday, Chef Roberta hosts a Neapolitan pizza-making class at in Wan Chai, while at The Peak throws its monthly Bambini Brunch, featuring pizza, pasta and games for the whole family.

On Sunday, kickstarts the month with Good Fortune Club, an afternoon brunch of dim sum, Champagne and fortune-telling birds, while in SoHo turns up the volume with the iconic Le Disco Brunch, a riotous fête of steak, frites and non-stop disco action.

All week, at The Peak serves up its sensational steak sandwich, exclusively available for a limited time on the terrace, best enjoyed with fresh air, frites and the view.

On Wednesday, explores the raw and untamed flavours of mountain wines from the Abruzzo region paired with coastal Italian dishes, while goes big with the return of Super Tuscan — opening rare magnums of exquisite wine alongside iconic cucina povera dishes from Chef Josh.

Start the week at , where of Sydney’s joins us for a two-night celebration of French bistro cuisine on 18 and 19 May.

From there, joins forces with .andrew for the Sourdough BB gelato, available at Pottinger and The Peak from 19 May to 2 June.

On Saturday, at The Peak invites guests to discover three special wines from Domaine de la Jasse d’Isnard alongside flowing frites and sweeping views of Hong Kong, while invites you and your amigos for a lively Mexican brunch.

Finally on Sunday, rise early as ’s Chef Teya prepares a Lebanese breakfast worth getting out of bed for.
