Forget the rooftop crowds. The real spritz scene is at the water in DB.

ÓNA pours two Italian classics that own the warm months, Aperol Spritz for the sunny and sweet, Campari Spritz for the bitter and brave, both lifted with prosecco and a fat slice of orange. Behind them sits a wine list that travels the whole Mediterranean, from Spanish and Italian to Greek pours, all served open-air at our seaside restaurant in Discovery Bay Plaza. The best nights at ÓNA are the ones we throw together.

We still can't stop thinking about August 5. ÓNA Mediterranean Restaurant in Discovery Bay teamed up with SACCHK for a South African wine tasting right on the Hong Kong waterfront. Five Louisvale wines from Stellenbosch, poured compliments of us, paired with canapés starting at just HK$48. Glasses clinking, the sea behind it all, and a room that got warmer as the sun dropped. If you missed it, the good news is we do this again.
