Chinese New Year Offer:
Newly arrived from , Pomies Agassac 2016, A blend of over 60% Cabernet Sauvignon , the rest are merlot and Cabernet Franc.

TO THE EYE : An attractive purple with garnet tints, both intense and crystalline.
ON THE NOSE : Strong fruity flavours with notes of cherry brandy are accompanied by scents of mild spices, such as cloves. The bouquet is intense, and notes of ripe fruit (blackcurrant, blackberries) develop, with an anderlying scent of camphor.
AFTER AIRING : After half an hour of aeration the aromas become more intense, revealing notes of plum jam against a backdrop of damp chalk notes.
ON THE PALATE : The attack is richwith supple, wel-matured tannins. Finely structured , this vintage's freshness is counterbalanced by a moderate ripenesscreating an elegant finish.This non-exhuberant wine ends with flavours of toasted herbs and sandalwood.

Grape: 100% Cabernet Franc
Vine: 60 Years Old
Soil: Gravel
Dark color, great finesse with a powerful yet elegant nose. Superb softness in the mouth, velvety, with a great intensity of fruit and a long finish, rich, complex, elegant.

Big congrats to on winning the 2nd place of Public choices at PMQ coffee agenda this week.
Damon has been providing our house blend since the day we open last year, and we are confident that we are offering the best coffee in the valley. Since we reopen, we start to offer 8oz instead of 12oz as our basic offer to increase the coffee ration thus enhancing your palate.
Damon is starting to help us roast fruity beans which we will offer to our customers very soon.
Also we are looking into some of the best local roasters, so we can offer more hand drip too.
Unplug’s mission is to offer the best coffee and Natural wine in the valley.

Located in Campania in the town of Tramonti. It is a cool, breezy microclimate and an isolated place. Alfsono Arpino established the estate in 2004 with love and respect of these old vines. The grape vines are y grafted and trained in giant pergolas known locally as tendone. The red varieties are Tintore di Tramonti, Piedirosso, Moscio, Sciascinoso, Olivella , the whites are Pepella, Biancatenera and Ginestra.

Dear Friends

Some of you might have known that we have reopened since last Saturday. Thx to our baristas and most important our customers. We simply miss all of you during the one month we closed down.
It certainly helped us think clear what we want Unplug moving forward. And it is clear to us that we want to continue to offer you good coffee and nice bottle of wines we import ourself.

I love to clarify few things. Unplug has never changed of hands since the first day we open. Bottle Wander is a wine shop on Hollywood Road (mother shop), so when we decided to offer our wines in the Valley we decided to bring this coffee and wine concept (so more of the cellar door concept if you ever visit wine region, an opportunity to taste before you buy, and who does not love coffee 😊) so we are definitely not a bar, still a wine shop that focus on our own import wines - 🍷low intervention and natural wines 🍷 we love!
There are some changes of our new opening time:
Monday - Tuesday 8:00-17:00
Weds - Sunday 9:00 - 18:00
So come and grab your favorite coffee and wine. You can still enjoy our wine by the bottle during opening time. But we definitely encourage our customers to buy bottles since you can only find these wine at and , some of new Italy Natural wines arrived last month are now available at Unplug!
