a twist on everyone’s favourite modern classic. 🍸

traditionally made with vodka, espresso, and coffee liqueur, Edgarito Santillan gave it a signature spin, adding BlackTearsCubanSpiced spiced rum, vanilla, and a touch of salted cacao nib and vanilla.

rich, velvety, and built to satisfy that classic craving, whether it’s noon or night.

a shout-out to Shinji Ramen Inoue NO NAME NOODLE 🇹🇭 official kazuma mizuno for flying over to turn our pasta bar into a ramen bar for 2 sold-out days. and to our tall, talented friend, Raphael Holzer for curating such cruashable Holzer Original drinks. a collab we’ll never forget.

we’re blown away by the response for our first anniversary! both days (29-30 sep) are now officially fully booked, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all.

we’re honoured to host Shinji Ramen Inoue, chef-founder of thailand’s only bib gourmand-awarded ramen spot (2025 & 2026). chef shin is making an exclusive collab menu featuring his signature hand-kneaded hokkaido wheat noodles alongside delicate shio and rich shoyu dipping broths and more.

to top it off, our friend Raphael Holzer (founder of Holzer Original) has crafted a drinks menu designed to pair seamlessly with chef shins menu. plus, raph will be behind the bar on 30 sep for a closing-event guest shift, the first of its kind at twist, mixing holzer original cocktails from 9.30pm until late!

layered and playful, our iced affogato is built more like a japanese parfait. a base of rich vanilla gelato from hong kong based Gelato Lab HK, crowned with smooth chocolate ganache, caramelised white chocolate, and a sharp coffee granita with crunchy hazelnuts.

it nods to the classic, then spins it on its head—melting, crunching, shifting with every single spoonful. now scoopin’!

twirl into chef ben’s latest saucy, vegetarian number—inspired by the classic southern italian pasta, ‘spaghetti alla nerano’.

our spaghetti tangles roasted zucchini, mint, garlic and chinese olive vegetable, commonly used in ‘chiu chow’ cuisine. using mustard greens and chinese olives, cooked down in soy sauce, turning it into a uniquely savoury sauce. to tie it altogether, we finish it with a coat of provolone cheese sauce. delishhhhh.

our august highlights were all about you! some of last months lucky ‘stick or twist’ winners. 🍝❤️

september is the last month to play, and you could win a whole meal on us! just follow these simple rules:

1. book a table from 5pm and 5.30pm.
2. make sure it’s a monday, wednesday, thursday, or friday (*excludes 29-30 sep).
3. ask to play stick or twist when you ask for the bill from our team. it’s limited to 1 draw per table.
4. draw the sweet with twist ‘T’ logo and your dinners on us.
