🦑 Ghee Roasted Calamari
Succulent squid rings kissed with fragrant spices, roasted in pure ghee, and finished with fresh curry leaves. Aroma included — free of charge.

🌶️ Kurkuri Bhindi
Tasty, super crispy okra tossed with grain flour and a secret blend of spices and seasonings. Crunchy, moreish, and dangerously addictive.

🍄 Dingri Matar
Tender mushrooms + sweet green beans in a beautifully spiced dish. Simple name. Complex flavor.
