On 24–25 June, Takamasa Osawa, Chef-owner of Tokyo’s .osawa, joins us at Leela for a two-night only dinner collaboration.

Together, Chef and Chef Osawa will explore their unique interpretations of biryani, a dish with centuries of history, and endless room for interpretation. We are curious to see where their approaches meet, diverge and find common ground.
