香港周圍都係海南雞飯?係~但**我哋嘅新加坡版**,由雞種到煮法都「搞特別」,食過就知咩叫「正宗嘅好味」!

✔️ 雞有雞味?因為我哋用「文昌雞」啊!
香港多用肥嘟嘟黃油雞,我哋偏要揀瘦身版文昌雞~肉質結實得嚟超嫩滑,啖啖肉得嚟唔油膩,雞味仲要濃到爆!

✔️ 煮雞?我哋玩「慢煮溫泉雞」㗎!
由生雞開始浸煮,火候控制到骨髓仲帶粉紅色,啲肉滑到識自己溜入喉嚨~(唔好問點解,星洲老師傅就係咁任性!)

✔️ 靈魂醬汁:芝麻油暴擊!
