〖THE COINTREAU MARGARITA CHALLENGE〗

We’re very excited to announce our Bar Manager Partick had joined The Cointreau Margarita Challenge on behalf of Canéle.

“Recuérdame” (“Remember Me”)

Inspired by Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead) from Mexico, a traditional holiday to the celebration of life and death. A gathering to pay respects and to remember friends and family members who have died.

Patrick created this cocktail to pay tribute to his dearest mother and his lovely dog who passed away earlier last year.

With the color Black and Gold, Patrick created this cocktail emotionally express his feelings towards the moment when he lost the dearest person in his life when the world is full of darkness, ash, and smoke. Black directs to the meaning of death, Golden shows us life always has a bright Side, which is the love and memories that the ancestors gave us that will stay eternity in our hearts. Life is a celebration and we cannot tell how thankful we are.

Mezcal
Cointreau
Lime Juice
Homemade Jalapeño syrup
Calamansi Vinegar Shrubb
Walnut Oil
Pinch of Charcoal Powder
