營業日子：星期一至六(星期日及公眾假期休息)

職責：
- 西式餐點烹煮﹑準備食材﹑保持及控製餐點品質
- 保持廚房衛生及清潔
- 存貨控制及訂購
- OPEN KITCHEN 需要與客人交流及溝通

其他：
- 包飯鐘及午餐
- 星期糧(以支票支付)
- 餐單上的食材主要由自設中央廚房準備，絕對輕鬆易做！
- 有西餐經驗者 或 可以長炒優先！
