Our doors are closed, but our minds remain open.

It has been an amazing journey bringing the first CBD cafe and retail store to Hong Kong. From Sheung Wan and Central Market to Discovery Bay, we have loved becoming part of your neighbourhood and providing a place to discover cannabinoid-powered wellness.

With the local government moving forward with plans to ban CBD, we have ceased our Hong Kong operations and will be taking a step back from posting here too.

While we are saying goodbye for now, it doesn’t mean goodbye forever. We are heartened by the progress we made and more focused than ever on bringing the life-changing benefits of cannabinoids back to the Asia-Pacific region, in the markets where we are able to do so lawfully and meaningfully. While things may be quiet on here for the coming months, feel free to keep following and we will share updates on our future projects as they take shape.

Time to say goodbye.💚

Found was opened as Asia’s first CBD retail store and café to raise awareness of the life-changing benefits of cannabinoids and to improve access to them for the everyday person.

Since opening in July 2020, our team has done its best to deliver the most effective CBD products to Hong Kong – from balms to lattes and everything in between.

We have spent countless hours answering questions and educating anyone wanting to learn more about this exciting category of health products, and we are proud of the progress we have made.

The positive reactions from the thousands of visitors to Found, both offline and online, proved to us that the need for a natural health alternative is real and that CBD could help to cope with the stresses of daily life.

We are incredibly grateful for the support and best wishes of our community from the time that we opened our doors. Their CBD success stories – whether about themselves, friends, family or even pets – have kept us motivated and focused in our mission.

Sadly, in spite of the demonstrable positive impact, it has now become apparent that the Hong Kong government intends to adopt new legislation to prohibit the sale and possession of CBD. While we do not know exactly when it will take effect, it is expected to happen sometime around the end of 2022 or early 2023. With this, we have had to make the difficult decision to close the Found café at the end of September.

To our amazing customers, we cannot thank you enough for your endless support and encouragement. It has been our pleasure serving you and watching this community grow over the last 2 years. We hope to celebrate what we’ve achieved together as a community, so please stop by and visit before we close our doors for the last time on Friday, September 30th.
