This June, Chef Jacques Kagi unleashes his creative prowess with a newly curated 5-course Signature Tasting Dinner Menu, seamlessly blending classic European techniques with bold, contemporary Asian inspirations.

For the prelude, choose between the decadent Seared Foie Gras paired with caramelized fruits and an exotic hint of tamarind, or the refreshing Beetroot-Cured Salmon with dill dressing and a crunchy spring onion cracker. Warm your senses with our rich, aromatic Lobster Bisque, brilliantly paired with local E-Fu noodles and tarragon, followed by plump Hokkaido Scallops contrastingly combined with robust Szechuan pork belly and garlic shoots; or delight in the East-meets-West perfection of Iberico Pluma Char Siu with a rich maple egg yolk.

This Father’s Day, honour dad with a menu designed to make him feel special. At CulinArt 1862, the celebration begins with a Classic Seafood Platter set — brimming with oysters, shrimp, whelk, abalone, and Fa Gap clams — followed by the comforting Swiss Barley Soup.

Each guest will then select one main dish from our chef’s array of indulgent signatures, including the Lobster Thermidor, the Australian M9 ribeye, the delicate Miso‑Glazed Cod with Blended Pumpkin Purée, the Australian Lamb Rack with Fresh Herbs and more.
