Golden treasures in season from the forests of Belgium have just arrived at Heimat for only a few precious weeks — flown in direct to Hong Kong for maximum freshness! Prized for their delicate apricot aroma and firm, meaty bite, these mushrooms are a genuine seasonal luxury — available in strictly limited quantities while they last.

Come together and enjoy farm-to-table dishes including Brittany Lobster with Heirloom and Cherry Tomato Salad, and Basil Gel-Chilled Tomato Juice or Classic Maultaschen (Ravioli) with Spinach and Pork Filling and Clarified Beef Consommé to start; Crispy Pork Knuckle with Fermented Cabbage, Bread Dumplings and Caraway Beer Jus or Fillet of Hake with White and Purple Cauliflower as a main; and Heimat Black Forest Ice Cream or 70% Dark Chocolate Mousse with White Coffee Foam to finish; plus, more choice available.
