依間主打正宗意大利薄餅的餐廳，環境寧靜又浪漫，坐露台位直望大館景觀，景觀開揚，夜晚到訪更加有情調。

餐廳除了招牌拿坡里薄餅，亦有意大利麵、肉類、海鮮及頭盤可選擇。

🍕 Gamberi 大蝦薄餅
我最期待的拿坡里薄餅，手工濃郁蕃茄醬為底，鋪滿大蝦粒、綿滑布拉塔芝士(Burrata)和水牛芝士(Mozzarella)，用料簡單，卻帶層次感，融化了的芝士可以拉絲，相當滋味。拿坡里薄餅底柔軟帶韌性，帶濕潤感，經高溫炭烤出爐的薄餅，餅邊香脆，帶炭烤焦香味，慢慢咀嚼會有麵團麥香，和橄欖油味道，果然冇令我失望。

🍝 Frutti di Mare
海鮮意大利粉用料豐富，有四隻大青口、大蝦、帶子、蜆肉和魷魚。意粉加入白酒、蒜片和辣椒片炒出香味，再加入車厘茄，清新解膩。意粉煮得入味，吸收了海鮮的鮮甜湯汁，本身不辣，鐘意食辣可以加辣油，再添風味。

餐廳提供多款雞尾酒、紅白酒、氣泡酒，搭配薄餅意粉絕配。

By #• 今晩嚟到北角堡壘街嘅 Abbraccio，我同朋友試咗佢哋嘅四道菜晚餐套餐，感覺好有水準。🍴首先係 Piovra 意式薄切八爪魚沙律，八爪魚切得好薄，入口爽滑又有彈性，配上檸檬汁同橄欖油，清新開胃，令整餐有個好開始。

🍕之後上枱嘅 Quattro formaggi 四色芝士 pizza，四款芝士混合出嚟嘅香氣濃郁，鹹香同微酸交織，層次好豐富。餅底薄脆，邊位微焦，咬落去酥脆又唔油膩，份量啱啱好。

🥩主菜係 250g medium rare 西冷牛排，火候掌握得好準確，外層焦香，內裡粉嫩多汁，入口肉香四溢。最後嘅 Tiramisu 🍰輕盈細緻，咖啡同可可嘅微苦平衡咗mascarpone嘅甜滑，層次分明，入口即化。整體嚟講，Abbraccio 嘅四道菜套餐由頭到尾都令人滿意，環境舒適，服務細心，係同朋友聚餐嘅好選擇。

牛肉丸彈牙，加酸甜蕃茄醬為一個開胃小前菜。

四重芝士pizza🧀🍕
芝士重度喜愛者先好叫，因為佢有唔係人人都接受到嘅藍芝士，第一啖味道濃烈，之後越食越香，四種芝士味道相輔相成。

西冷牛扒🥩🍴
見到餐廳門口牛扒櫃擺咗好多阿根廷靚牛，套餐都包咗250g西冷真係超抵，牛味重肉質腍，鐵板上餐個人認為可以叫三成熟(我叫咗五成)，外焦內嫩，肉汁滿滿！

榛子可可甜品pizza🍫🍓
第一次試甜pizza，鬆脆餅底搽上大量Nutella醬，pizza嘅熱力仲會令Nutella處於半融狀態，邪惡美味。
