Nuestra visión es llegar a la excelencia; llegar a ser excelentes empleados, jefes, amigos, hermanos, hijos, padres de familia y forjadores de la sociedad. Sabemos que esto lo podremos lograr si tenemos bien cimentados nuestros valores, los cuales son: hermandad, humildad, sinceridad y solidaridad. En Tretto Caffé estamos conscientes que en Guatemala hay mucho potencial, tanto en productos como en personas. También estamos conscientes que muchos de esos productos no están al alcance de la mayoría de guatemaltecos ya que son estrictamente de exportación, y que hay demasiadas personas con un gran potencial pero nunca reciben la oportunidad y el apoyo necesario para explotarlo… Nosotros queremos ayudar a cambiar esto.

One of the ways to create more work and income for the coffee producers is taking a bi-product from harvest and turning it into a product that is on high demand on these days. The coffee cherry skin from the washed coffee process can be dried out on raised beds and turned into "Cáscara" tea (accent mark in the first "a"), creating an interesting and tasty drink that some coffee shops are using as an ingredient for an awesome non-alcoholic cocktail or a straight nitro cáscara tea... So the only remaining question is, who wants some Gueisha Cáscara?

Different shade trees in the same coffee micro region. Starting in the lowest point you see Banana trees used as shade trees, as you go up all the landscape changes, you go from tradicional trees used for shading like Cushin, from native and fruit trees to see almost just Gravilea and pine trees in the upper point.
