Το ότι δεν ποστάρουμε όλη την ώρα στα social media, δεν σημαίνει ότι "τεμπελιάζουμε". H Ηoppy δεν ήταν ποτέ ένα δημιούργημα των trends των social media... Η Hoppy έχτισε την φήμη της, ποτήρι, ποτήρι και το όνομα της, στους κύκλους της σοβαρής craft κοινότητας, βασίζεται μόνο στην ποιότητα της μπύρας, σε πράξεις και έργα.
Εννοείται ότι καθημερινά θα βρείτε νέες μπύρες στις 18 βρύσες μας κι εκλεκτές φιάλες και cans στα ψυγεία μας. Μπύρες ΜΟΝΟ από αληθινά, υπαρκτά🤔 ζυθοποιεία που αγαπάμε και στηρίζουμε έμπρακτα, για την ποιότητα τους και την αφοσίωση τους στην ουσία του ποιοτικού ζύθου. Στην Hoppy, εδώ και τέσσερα χρόνια, θα έχετε παρατηρήσει ότι δεν βρίσκετε καθόλου φασόν μπύρες❌(εκτός ελαχιστότατων λαμπρών εξαιρέσεων). Αυτό γίνεται συνειδητά, για να μπορέσουμε να κρατήσουμε ζωντανές τις μικροζυθοποιίες που αγαπάμε, μέσα στις δύσκολες εποχές που περνάει ο κλάδος παγκοσμίως.

Στις βρύσες μας σήμερα πήραν θέση οι εξής εξαιρετικές μπύρες :

- Septem Microbrewery - Septem Μικροζυθοποιία - 8th Day IPA
- Corfu Beer - Unfiltered

Κυριακούλα όμορφη με νέες μπύρες να έχουν πάρει θέση στις βρύσες της Hoppy !

Από την Μάντοβα της Λομβαρδίας, στην βόρεια Ιταλία, σας έχουμε μια εξαιρετική gose, με φράουλες και rhubarb. Μια εξαιρετική μπύρα από την μικροζυθοποιία Mister B.
Η Boschetto είναι αυτό ακριβώς που ζητάς μια τέτοια ηλιόλουστη μέρα !

Από την αγαπημένη μας Septem Microbrewery - Septem Μικροζυθοποιία επιστροφή "στη θέση" της η Mylos lager. Μια lager που είναι άνετα ανάμεσα στις 3 καλύτερες "ξανθιές😁" που βγαίνουν από ελληνικά καζάνια !

Από την Λάρισα και τους φίλους μας της Pineios Brewery σας έχουμε την Lola fresh porter ! Μια porter βρετανικού τύπου, για πολλές πίντες !
