🔥 One fire. One chef. One night only.
On December 18th, Thessaloniki becomes the stage for a new culinary ritual: live fire cooking.
Estrella Group and Maestranza join forces to launch a series dedicated to flame, raw technique, and the evolving identity of modern Greek gastronomy.
For the first edition, we welcome Michelin-starred Chef Pavlos Kyriakis, whose philosophy reflects purity, precision, and deep respect for fire and ingredient.
Fish, meat, vegetables and dough will be cooked exclusively over open flames — shaped by wood, smoke, time and heat into a once-only dining experience.
