Another summer has come and passed
And once again it’s been a blast
It’s had its ups and downs for sure
But we are all still standing proud and tall
The old time staff once again returned
And for their long service a mention is deserved
Franco and Sofia the fantastic kitchen team
Cooking roasts and steaks and breakfasts of dreams
Our waitress Nicki who loves the place like it’s her own
A familiar face to welcome our friends home
DJ Andy , our quiz master and host
With his bingo lingo and his silly dad jokes
Kosta , top bar man mixing cocktails divine
Our man aldi pouring b**r and w**e
To mention more members of our little team
That help us be the best we’ve ever been
Newest recruit Brittany, our Manchester chick
Whizz kid Stellios, he is ever so quick
Asif helps the kitchen run smooth and stay clean
Can’t forget Maria and Nico, our twinny tag team !!
Tony hosts karaoke and plays your favourite songs
Big Maria helps keep the day team strong !
Big George and little George are our VIP guests
One covers our shifts, one brings us crepes
Which leads us to the most important two
Who are responsible for everything we do
Together they have worked to build the Robin Hood
Made it bigger , made it better
Nothing is as good
Manoli and efi thank you, each and every one
For the love and the support and the hours of fun
So While the team recharge and get some rest
We love you all, and we wish you the very best !
