Η κουζίνα βαδίζει στα μονοπάτια των Ελληνικών γεύσεων, παίρνοντας τις παραδοσιακές συνταγές, μυρουδιές και γεύσεις και προσαρμόζοντάς τες στο κλίμα και το επίπεδο της ομορφότερης βεράντας της Σκιάθου. Οι γευστικές απολαύσεις απογειώνονται καθώς παρουσιάζονται με μοντέρνο τρόπο στους καλεσμένους μας.
